on.rcrd is human community built around vinyl, one record at a time. It started with a simple observation: the best nights aren't streamed, they're shared. Real people in real rooms, listening with intention.

We put on gatherings built around music, art, and consciousness — the kind of spaces where phones stay in pockets and strangers leave as family. Then we keep the record: every album we've gathered around, archived. Proof we were listening.

This is community as a practice, not a hashtag. If that sounds like home, it probably is.
